In this 1:1, four-month container you’ll learn how to chart your fertility for conception from a certified Fertility Awareness Educator.

Together, we’ll:

Have a one-hour meet & greet initial consultation, followed by a three class series covering:

  • An introduction to Fertility Awareness (sent via video recording)

  • Basic anatomy & physiology, and physiology of the menstrual cycle (sent via video recording or live via Zoom)

  • How to chart your fertility with The Well method of Fertility Awareness & how to apply the method for intentional conception* (live via Zoom)

Afterwards, we’ll meet monthly (for three months!) in one-hour chart consultations to support you on your pre-conception or conception journey, and...

You always unlimited access to me by email for questions on the technique and your charts during the container period.

* Please note: This program does NOT teach Fertility Awareness for birth control!

In the conception program, the rules of the method for contraception are not taught and it will not function as birth control. If you wish to learn both, please see my Full Body Literacy Series offering.
